Michelle Bader brings a grounded, hands‑on understanding of manufacturing and operations to Stony Point Technology. She began her career in printed circuit board production and cable assembly, building a deep respect for precision, quality, and the people behind the work. As the company grew, Michelle expanded her expertise across every operational function Stony Point provides today — from procurement and fulfillment to storage, secure destruction, Smart Hands support, and multi‑site coordination.

For more than 18 years, she supported one of the world’s most prestigious global consulting organizations, delivering consistent, detail‑driven operational support across a demanding international footprint. Michelle is known for her reliability, calm presence, and ability to balance cost efficiency with high standards.

As the owner of a women‑owned, vendor‑neutral organization, she leads with honesty, dependability, and a commitment to doing things the right way — ensuring clients always feel supported, informed, and confident in the partnership.

I began my career during a period of significant transformation, as the Bell divestiture reshaped the communications landscape. This timing afforded me the opportunity to learn from experienced Bell leaders and enter a field that was rapidly evolving from early data communications into what would become modern IT. Over the years, I witnessed the progression from dial‑up connectivity to national AOL deployments and, ultimately, to enterprise networks spanning the globe

My early work in manufacturing—building hardware and cables—provided a foundational understanding of how technology is created and supported. As the industry advanced, I expanded into roles across manufacturing, planning, process development, procurement, engineering, logistics, customer support, and team leadership. These experiences allowed me to develop a comprehensive perspective on the operational and technical dimensions of the industry.

Throughout this journey, one constant has remained: the extraordinary pace of technological change. While often demanding, this rapid evolution has been a driving force in my career, continually challenging and motivating me from the very beginning.
